01/27/2021 - IRS Form 1099-R Mailing
IRS Form 1099-R, which shows the distributions you received during the 2020 tax year from the National Pension Fund, will be mailed by 01/31/21, as required by the IRS.
If you do not receive your 1099-R Form by February 15, 2021, please contact the Fund for a replacement copy. Please note, the Fund Office is not able to provide replacement 1099-R forms until after February 15, 2021. However, you may use your secure log-in to our website to obtain copies of your 1099-R form and Instructions now.

12/21/2020 - Revised Standard Form of Participation Agreement ("SFPA")
PLUMBERS AND PIPEFITTERS NATIONAL PENSION FUND REVISED STANDARD FORM OF PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (Revised effective December 1, 2020). The Fund's Standard Form of Participation Agreement ("Agreement") must be signed by contributing employers that agree to be bound to a collective bargaining agreement requiring contributions to the Fund. Alternatively, the text of the Agreement can be included in the body of the local's collective bargaining agreement. Note that the Agreement has been revised, effective December 1, 2020, to change the description of the non-bargaining unit employees for whom the employer is required to continue contributions to the Fund.
