Benefit Determination Group Assistant Supervisor

As the Assistant Supervisor of the Benefit Determination Group (BDG), you will be responsible for supporting the BDG Supervisor in managing the daily tasks and projects assigned to a workforce of 9 analysts. Such tasks and projects include reviewing and monitoring the production standards of each analyst to provide consistent feedback, recognition and quick course correction as needed, as well as strategically collaborating with analysts and other department stakeholders to revise inter and intra departmental workflows and procedures, allowing for metric tracking and workflow management.

Staff Accountant II

Description: At the Plumbers & Pipefitters National Pension Fund (PPNPF), the Pension Accounting team is on the front lines of taking care of our Participants and their retirement. Being a member of the Pension Accounting team means you have the dynamic combination of passion to deliver quality service and a knack for accurate accounting. In the role of Pension Accountant, you will perform professional accounting work in the recording and reporting of pension benefit payments, and update pensioner and beneficiary records accordingly. As the Pension Accountant, you will ensure accurate accounting records are maintained for Fund disbursements. Your duties will include performing a variety of complex clerical, data entry and accounting tasks, all in accordance with GAAP standards. You will be responsible for the maintenance of all Pension Accounting records, and preparing financial, statistical and technical reports. Most critically, as Pension Accountant, you will become the liaison for the Pensioners and Beneficiaries to ensure that no question or concern regarding the payment of their pension benefit is left unanswered.

Staff Accountant I (Pension Accountant)

Description: Come join our team as a Pension Accountant at the Plumbers and Pipefitters National Pension Fund (PPNPF) where your focus will be to serve our retired pensioners in excellence, demonstrate excellent customer service, while performing accounting duties in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards.

As a Pension Accountant, your duties will include carrying out a variety of intricate clerical, data entry and accounting tasks, in accordance with GAAP standards and Fund policies. You will be responsible for maintaining Pension Accounting records, and preparing financial, statistical and technical reports. Most importantly, as a Pension Accountant, you will build meaningful relationships with our Pensioners and Beneficiaries becoming their trusted liaison for their entire pension accounting needs.

Accounting Clerk

Description: Are you a motivated, self-starting, and goal oriented person with the outstanding ability to work comfortably and efficiently within a demanding environment? Can you juggle multiple assignments concurrently, alongside maintaining the integrity of the process and document?

If this sounds like you, then join us as the Accounting Clerk at the Plumbers & Pipefitters National Pension Fund (PPNPF), where you will be an integral part of the Accounting team. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of data entry and clerical tasks. In addition you will apply established procedures to prepare and maintain accounting records, as well as financial & technical reports. As an Accounting Clerk you will be expected to assist PPNPF's Pensioners and Beneficiaries with all disbursement questions in a timely and patient manner.

If you have been referred to as a 'master of all trades', have excellent organizational and communication skills and are able to manage complex and multiple assignments with a meticulous attention to detail, then PPNPF is looking for you.
